We’re here to make your home stand out. At REIFY, we craft premium 3D-printed lamps and decor to bring personality and warmth into your favorite spaces.
Where is REIFY based?
We’re based in the Netherlands, creating and shipping from a little hub of creativity to homes around the world.
Why are custom products a little pricier?
While 3D printers are amazing, they’re not quite magical yet! Custom orders mean we step in to tweak design files just for you—real humans putting in extra care to make it perfect for your home.

What materials do you use?
Most of our products are 3D printed in our Dutch facility using industrially biodegradable plastic.
Can I customize your products?
Yes! We offer customization on select items. Simply choose the customizable option on the product page or share your preferences with us through email.
Do your lamps work with smart home systems?
Yes! Use smart LED bulbs compatible with your system (like Alexa, IKEA or Google Home), and you’re all set for hands-free ambiance control.
What kind of bulbs do your lamps use?
Our lamps work with standard E27 or E26 LED bulbs. Do not use any other bulbs beside LED, the lamps will not be able to handle the harsher temperatures.
Shipping
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! Whether you’re near or far, we’re happy to deliver orders to your door. Shipping costs and delivery times are shown at checkout.
How is shipping calculated?
Shipping costs are based on your location and order size. The total is displayed at checkout for full transparency.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically processed in 3-5 business days, with shipping times ranging from 5-10 business days depending on your location.
Do you offer tracking for shipments?
Yes! Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey to your door.

Can I change or cancel my order?
As long as we haven’t started production, we’ll do our best to help. Contact us at support@reify.nl as soon as possible!
Will I get an order confirmation?
Of course! You’ll receive an email confirming your order details right after checkout.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods offered at checkout.
Returns & Exchanges
What’s your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
How do I request a return or exchange?
Email us at support@reify.nl with your order number and reason for the return. We’ll take it from there.
When will I get my refund?
Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item.
